Coffee magnate Peter Irvine reckons the Global Financial Crisis is the perfect time to rethink your business.
"We all bunker down, stop doing stuff and nothing happens. The people who go in the bunker, are the people who stay in the bunker,” he said.
Mr Irvine, who launched the hugely successful Gloria Jean’s Coffee chain in Australia, encouraged business owners to ‘re-think’ their strategy at the Casey Business Forum on Wednesday.
